Dollar in lower 120 zone in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 120 yen zone in early trading on Friday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m. local time, the dollar was quoted at 120.17-21 yen compared with 120.39-49 yen in New York and 120.45-46 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro meanwhile fetched 1.0967-0967 dollars and 131.79-81 yen against 1.0961-0971 dollars and 131.95-132.05 yen in New York and 1.0947-0948 dollars and 131.86-90 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Enditem
