Indonesia duo wins men's doubles superseries title

Indonesian shuttlers Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Setiawan won the MetLife BWF Dubai World Superseries Finals men's doubles title here on Sunday, beating China's Chai Biao/Hong Wei 13-21, 21-14, 21-14 in the final.
Ahsan/Setiawan won in 53 minutes. Thirty-one year old Setiawan told Xinhua after the match the "third man" on the court was an immense help. "We did not know that so many Indonesians live in Dubai and we are most thankful for their audible support, especially they did not come only on their hundreds for the final but during the entire Dubai World Superseries Finals," said the 2008 Beijing Olympic gold medallist and three-time World Champion in men's doubles.
As over hundred Chinese fans also came to watch the final, an audible competition of cheering Chinese and Indonesian badminton aficionados evolved throughout the breath-taking final in Dubai's Hamdan Sports Complex.
Both Indonesian players said their goals was and is to collect as much points as possible in the tournaments so they can qualify for the upcoming Olympic Summer Games in Rio de Janeiro in August 2016.
On their defeat, 26-year old Hong from Fujian said after they won the first set, their opponents changed their tactics which made the match even harder.
