A German Condor Airlines flight from Berlin to Hurghada, Egypt, made an unscheduled landing here on Monday after receiving a bomb threat, local wire service MTI reported.

The plane was escorted through Hungarian air space by Hungarian air force Gripen fighter planes until it landed safely with 130 passengers and seven crew members on board.

No bomb was found by the explosive experts of the Hungarian police force.

According to MTI, a second plane was sent to Budapest to pick up the passengers and take them to their destination. Endit
