Telecom network disrupted throughout Germany

Xinhua, December 4, 2015 Adjust font size:

Europe's largest telecom operator Deutsche Telekom announced on Friday that telephony, Internet and TV in the fixed network with Telekom connections are currently disrupted throughout Germany.

After customers from several federal states reported problems with their telecom connections, the company confirmed a "major disruption" on Friday.

On its social media accounts, Deutsche Telekom said: "Our technicians are already working to eliminate them."

However, the company has not given any details of network failure.

According to a website that creates a map showing Telekom disorders, the last fault reports are mainly from Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and some other major cities of Germany. Endit
