Spain's consumer prices fall 0.3 pct in Nov.

Xinhua, November 28, 2015 Adjust font size:

Spain's consumer prices registered a year-on-year decline of 0.3 percent in November, according to advanced data of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published on Friday by Spain's Statistical Office (INE).

The INE reported that the figure was 0.4 percent higher than that of October when prices fell by 0.7 percent. The rise was due to higher prices of electricity and stable prices of oil and lubricants.

Spain's prices have been falling for four consecutive months on a year-on-year basis after having fallen by 0.4 percent, 0.9 percent and 0.7 percent in August, September and October respectively.

Meanwhile, the INE reported that consumer prices rose by 0.3 percent from October to November. Enditem
