British FTSE 100 decreases 0.28 pct on Friday

FTSE 100 Index, the British benchmark stock market gauge, Friday decreased by 0.28 percent, or 17.98 points, to 6,375.15 points.

Share price of Inmarsat increased by 2.30 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. Severn Trent, Dixons Carphone, United Utilities Group and Admiral Group increased by 2.09 percent, 1.52 percent, 1.29 percent and 1.25 percent respectively.

Anglo American led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 8.09 percent, followed by Fresnillo (4.54 percent), Randgold Resources Ltd. (4.29 percent), Glencore (4.17 percent) and Antofagasta (4.12 percent). Endit
