12 people injured in Macedonia after two buses crash

A total of 12 people were injured when two buses crashed in Skopje, Independent Macedonia reported on Wednesday.

According to Macedonian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the buses were not in the vicinity of a bus stop when the crash happened on Jane Sandanski boulevard.

The injured citizens were taken to the Clinical Center, to Skopje City Hospital, and one was taken to Skopje General Hospital.

The City Hospital Emergency Center confirmed that "Four out of the six injured people sent to the hospital, were released after initial check ups, while the other two, one of them a small girl, were kept at the hospital to recover. They suffered mild concussions, but they were not seriously injured."

Police officials reported that an inspection of the accident site was conducted. Meanwhile, investigations into the reason of the crash are still under way. Endit
