Spanish stock market rises 0.55 pct, closes at 10,418 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex 35 rose 0.55 percent on Monday to close at 10,418.20 points, up from the 10,360.70 points of Friday.

On Monday session Abengoa "B" shares led rises climbing 13.19 percent, followed by FCC, Sacyr, ArcelorMittal, Acerinox and Banco Sabadell that rose 6.31 percent, 3.79 percent, 3.74 percent, 3.36 percent and 2.73 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Mediaset shares led falls losing 1.18 percent, followed by Ferrovial, AENA, Tecnicas Reunidas, R.E.C. and Abertis A that lost 1.09 percent, 0.94 percent, 0.75 percent, 0.30 percent and 0.13 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 1.75 percent, showing no big differences when compared with Friday and Spain's risk premium closed at 119.60 points, four points down from Friday's data. Endit
