LME base metals close mixed on Monday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed mixed on Monday.

The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 7.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.15 percent, to 5,110 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 8 U.S. dollars, or 0.54 percent, to 1,485 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price lost 11 U.S. dollars, or 0.65 percent, to 1,686 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 3.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.21 percent, to 1,696.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 80 U.S. dollars, or 0.79 percent, to 10,060 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 37.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.25 percent, to 14,837.5 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
