Arsenal, Chelsea out of League Cup

Both Arsenal and holders Chelsea were unable to pass the fourth round of the English League Cup on Tuesday.
Arsenal suffered a surprise loss to Championship team Sheffield Wednesday 3-0 while Chelsea were sent packing with a 5-4 penalty shootout loss at Stoke after the teams finished 1-1.
