Pato linked to West Ham move

Xinhua, October 28, 2015 Adjust font size:

Alexandre Pato could move to West Ham United in the Premier League's January transfer window, according to media reports in Brazil.

The 26-year-old Brazil international has been in prolific form for Sao Paulo this year, scoring 26 goals across all competitions.

According to the Uol news portal, West Ham face competition for Pato's signature from Manchester United and Arsenal.

Pato is currently in the final two months of a two-year loan deal with Sao Paulo from their local rivals Corinthians, who signed the striker for 15 million euros from AC Milan in 2013.

Corinthians president Roberto de Andrade this week said the club would "rather sell Pato than keep him". Endi
