United States win third consecutive women's team title at Gymnastics Worlds

The United States won their third consecutive women's team title while China won the silver at the World Gymnastics Championships here on Tuesday.

The all--conquering US team, who has won all the team titles at world championships and the Olympic Games since 2011, collected a total of 181.338 points.

China, also second placers last year in Nanning on home soil, won the silver again with 176.164 points.

Britain shocked the world by winning their first women's team medal in history, taking the bronze with 172.380 points in front of a boisterous home crowd.

Russia, last year's bronze winner, finished fourth with 171.964. Endit
