British FTSE 100 increases 0.05 pct on Wednesday

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Wednesday increased by 0.05 percent, or 3.29 points, to 6,348.42 points.

Share price of ARM Holdings increased by 6.54 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. Merlin Entertainments, CRH, Reckitt Benckiser Group and Sky increased by 4.68 percent, 3.77 percent, 2.54 percent and 2.53 percent respectively.

Pearson led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 15.95 percent, followed by Anglo American (2.95 percent), Shire (2.70 percent), Glencore (2.60 percent) and Bunzl (2.49 percent). Endit
