Chinese shares open mixed Friday

Chinese stocks opened mixed Friday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index edging up 0.1 percent to open at 3,146.64 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.08 percent lower at 10,386.81 points. The ChiNext Index, tracking China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, opened 0.02 percent higher at 2,190.84 points. Endi
