Spanish stock market falls 0.79 pct, closes at 9,474 points

Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 0.79 percent on Wednesday to close at 9,474.60 points, down from the 9,550.20 points of Tuesday.

On Wednesday session, Banco Sabadell shares led falls losing 3.39 percent, followed by ArcelorMittal, Bankinter, Banco Popular, Caixabank and Tecnicas Reunidas that lost 3.28 percent, 3.09 percent, 3.04 percent, 2.53 percent and 2.41 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Abengoa "B" shares led rises climbing 26.13 percent, followed by IAG, Gas Natural, Amadeus, Acerinox and R.E.C. that rose 3.77 percent, 0.75 percent, 0.41 percent, 0.39 percent and 0.22 percent respectively.

Spain's risk premium stood at 137.20 points on Wednesday closing time, falling slightly from Tuesday's 136.30 points. Meanwhile, Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 1.9 percent, showing no differences when compared with Tuesday. Endit
