China stocks close lower on Wednesday

Chinese shares extended losses on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index dipping 0.2 percent to end at 3,160.17 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index lost 1.06 percent to close at 10,054.80 points, and the ChiNext Index, which tracks China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, fell 1.82 percent to close at 1,855.03 points. Endi
