Bratislava airport to renew link with Moscow

Xinhua, August 17, 2015 Adjust font size:

Bratislava Airport will again have a daily connection with Moscow, confirmed the airport's director Ivan Trhlik on Monday.

"As of October 2015 the Pobeda airline is expected to come here. It's from the Aeroflot group and will fly every day on the Bratislava-Moscow route," added Trhlik.

According to him, Moscow is an important destination for Bratislava -- tourists from Slovakia will be able to travel through Moscow via the airline's network to other parts of Russia and also to Asia.

Trhlik also confirmed that a Bratislava-Berlin connection, operated by Ryanair, will be launched on Oct. 27. Endit
