New Zealand FM to visit Cambodia next week, air services pact expected to be signed

New Zealand Foreign Minister Murray McCully will pay a two-day visit to Cambodia from Aug. 18 to 19, where he will sign an agreement on air services, according to a press statement from the Cambodian Foreign Ministry on Thursday.

The visit aims"to strengthen bilateral relationship between the two countries," the statement said.

While in Cambodia, McCully will hold bilateral talks with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Hor Namhong, and sign an agreement on air services with Deputy Prime Minister and Cabinet Minister Sok An, it said.

He will also pay a courtesy call on Prime Minister Hun Sen and attend a reception to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the ASEAN- New Zealand relationship. Endi
