Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao met with visiting Ghanaian minister of Foreign Affairs Hanna Tetteh on Friday in Beijing.

Hailing the China-Ghana friendship, Li said the people of the two countries have benefitted from China and Ghana's cooperation since they established diplomatic ties in 1960.

China is willing to work with Ghana to increase political mutual trust, promote people-to-people exchanges and deepen cooperation in trade and culture, he said.

Ghana appreciates China's support and is ready to cooperate more with China, especially in clean energy, Tetteh said.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held talks with Tetteh in Beijing on Thursday. Endi
