Tokyo shares remain declining by break

Tokyo shares ended the morning session lower on Thursday as sentiment here was weighed down by a stronger yen and weak performance in Chinese stocks market in the previous day.

The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average lost 135.43 points, or 0.69 percent, from Wednesday to 19,602.21.

The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was down 19.04 points, or 1.20 percent, to 1, 563.44. Endi
