Nepal condemns Kuwait City terrorist Attack

Nepal has condemned the June 26 terrorist attack at the Imam Al-Sadiq Mosque in the Kuwait City of Kuwait, a statement issued by the Nepalese Prime Ministers' Office said on Monday.

In a recent message to his Kuwaiti counterpart, Nepal's Prime Minister Sushil Koirala denounced the June 26 barbaric terrorist attack at the Imam Al-Sadiq Mosque in the Kuwait City.

"The prime minister said he is deeply saddened to know the barbaric attack of terrorists at the Mosque resulting in killing of 27 worshippers and injuring hundreds," read a press statement issued by the Nepalese Prime Minister's Office on Monday adding, "Nepal strongly condemns such despicable terrorist act in all its forms and manifestations."

Prime Minister Koirala has also expressed his deepest condolences to his Kuwaiti counterpart and through him to the family members of the victims of the terrorist attack.

"Nepal stands with the State of Kuwait in its fight against such an inhuman and criminal act," the prime minister said in his message. Endi
