Copa America quarterfinals schedule takes shape

The 2015 Copa America quarterfinals schedule took shape on Sunday, following the scoreless tie between Colombia and Peru and Brazil's 2-1 win over Venezuela.

The first quarterfinal game will pit Chile, championship host and leader of Group A, against Uruguay (third place in Group B) on Wednesday at Santiago's Nacional Stadium.

The other teams to advance to the quarterfinals include upstart Bolivia, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Peru and Colombia, which just managed to squeak by into the next round.

Bolivia (second place in Group A) will play Peru (second place in Group C) on Thursday at Temuco's German Becker Stadium, while Paraguay (second place in Group B) will play against the leader of Group C, Brazil, on Saturday at Concepcion's Municipal Stadium.

Meanwhile, Argentina (leader of Group B) will go up against Colombia (the third team in Group C) on Friday at Vina del Mar's Sausalito Stadium. Endi
