Spanish stock market falls 0.42 pct, closes at 11,382 points

Spain's benchmark stock market index Ibex-35 fell 0.42 percent on Thursday to close at 11,382.80 points, down from the 11,431.10 points of Wednesday.

Indra shares led falls on Thursday session losing 2.22 percent followed by ArcelorMittal and FCC that lost 2 percent and 1.74 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Endesa shares led rises climbing 1.33 percent, followed by Grifols, BME and IAG that rose 0.90 percent, 0.74 percent and 0.69 percent respectively.

Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 1.8 percent on Thursday closing time, showing no major variations with Wednesday figure.

Meanwhile, Spanish risk premium stood at 130 points by the end of the session, up from the 126 of Wednesday when there were better expectations about an agreement over Greece.

In Spain, the day was marked by better data on Spain's GDP growth. Spain's Statistical Office (INE) reported a 0.9 percent growth in the first quarter of the year thanks to rises in investment and consumption. Endit
