Seoul shares end flat

Seoul shares ended almost unchanged on Tuesday.

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) inched down 0.61 points, or 0.03 percent, to 2,096.77 at the close. Trading volume stood at 386.68 million shares worth 4.9 trillion won (4.47 billion U.S. dollars).

The South Korean currency finished at 1,095.8 won against the greenback, down 4.5 won from Monday's close. Endi
