Spanish stock market rises 0.39 pct, closes at 11,429 points

Spain's stock market index Ibex 35 rose 0.39 percent on Monday to close at 11,429.10 points, up from the 11,385 points of Thursday.

IAG shares led rises climbing 4.29 percent, followed by Mapfre, ArcelorMittal, Ferrovial and Indra, which rose 1.54 percent, 1.48 percent, 1.45 percent and 1.42 percent respectively.

On the contrary, FCC shares led falls losing 1.44 percent, followed by Bankia, Banco Popular, Banco Sabadell and Caixabank, which lost 0.96 percent, 0.73 percent, 0.50 percent and 0.47 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 106.7 points on Monday at closing time, falling from the previous 114.40 points of early trading, while Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 1.512 percent by the end of the session. Endit
