Indian stocks rebound from earlier losses

Indian stocks made a strong closing on late buying on Tuesday when banks made a comeback led by ICICI Bank (up 8 percent), Axis Bank and SBI (both up 2 percent).

The benckmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 27,396.38, 219.39 points or 0.81 percent up from the previous close of 27,176.99, with a turnover of 585.39 crore rupees. Endi
