Eurozone int'l trade in goods surplus reaches 20.3 bln euros in Feb.

The eurozone recorded a 20.3 billion euros (21.66 U.S. dollars) surplus in trade in goods with the rest of the world in February 2015, compared to 14.4 billion euros in February 2014, according to data released by the statistical office of the EU Eurostat on Wednesday.

Moreover, intra-euro zone trade rose to 135.9 billion euros in February 2015, up by 1 percent compared with that of February 2014.

From January to February 2015, the euro zone recorded a surplus of 27.9 billion euros in trade in goods with the rest of the world, compared with that of 14.5 billion euros in January-February 2014.

Meanwhile, intra-euro zone trade fell to 267.1 billion euros in January-February 2015, down by 2 percent compared with that of January-February 2014. Endit
