Djokovic wins Laureus sportsman of the year

World top-ranked tennis player Novak Djokovic was voted the Laureus world sportsman of the year here on Wednesday.

The Serbian won Wimbledon for second time, replacing Rafael Nadal as world No. 1.

The other competitors were Lewis Hamilton (Britain), Renaud Lavillenie (France), Rory McIlroy (Britain), Marc Marquez (Spain) and Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal). Endi
