Chinese State Councilor to visit Russia

Chinese State Councilor Guo Shengkun will visit Russia from Sunday to Wednesday and attend the 10th meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) security council secretaries, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson said on Friday.

Guo, who is also minister of public security, was invited by Russia's Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, Hua Chunying said.

Guo and Patrushev will exchange views on law enforcement cooperation. Endi
