11 Indians rescued by Pakistan navy from Yemen arrive home

Eleven Indians evacuated by Pakistan Navy from Yemen arrived here Wednesday evening by a special plane of Pakistan Air Force, said local media.

Pakistan High Commission Abdul Basit was at the airport to welcome the Indian nationals along with some Indian officials, said Press Trust of India.

"High Commissioner Basit received them at New Delhi International Airport and presented them flowers and souvenirs," a statement from the Pakistan High Commission said.

The friendly gesture by Pakistan to help Indians leave Yemen has been widely welcomed by local public opinions. Endi
