LME base metals steady on Monday

The base metal prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) were steady mostly on Monday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 26 U.S. dollars, or 0.45 percent, to 5,864 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 2.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.14 percent, to 1,771.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price lost 18 U.S. dollars, or 1.01 percent, to 1,756 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 4 U.S. dollars, or 0.20 percent, to 2,017 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 150 U.S. dollars, or 1.07 percent, to 13,925 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price maintained at 17,425 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
