LME base metals close mixed on Wednesday

The base metal prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed mixed on Wednesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 17 U.S. dollars, or 0.29 percent, to 5,808 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 5 U.S. dollars, or 0.28 percent, to 1,791 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 11 U.S. dollars, or 0.63 percent, to 1,756 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price lost 11 U.S. dollars, or 0.54 percent, to 2,026 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 150 U.S. dollars, or 1.09 percent, to 13,862.5

U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 125 U.S. dollars, or 0.70 percent, to 17,875 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
