Suicide car bomb and gun shots against security forces in Afghanistan have claimed six lives including the suicide bomber and injured six others on Tuesday, officials said.
The latest violent incident, which happened in Taliban former stronghold the southern Kandahar province, claimed five lives including a suicide bomber and wounded four others. (Afghanistan- Violence)

JAKARTA -- Rescuers have found a total of 90 bodies of victims of crashed AirAsia plane from Indonesia's waters, rescuer said on Tuesday.
"So far, as many as 90 corpses have been discovered," Nurul Karlina, official in charge at National Search and Rescue Office told Xinhua via phone. (Indonesia-AirAsia Victim)

YANGON -- Myanmar has put off the planned second-day quartet talks on seeking amendment of the National Education Law, which was originally scheduled for Tuesday in Nay Pyi Taw, according to a press release of the meeting.
The quartet talks will be postponed to resume after Feb. 12 once thorough pre-coordination on the form of holding the talks and the agenda are ready, the release said. (Myanmar-Law)

JAKARTA -- Indonesian President Joko Widodo and Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to improve bilateral cooperation on Tuesday in their reciprocal greetings to commemorate 65 years of diplomatic relations between the two nations.
