Albanian central bank cuts interest rate

The Bank of Albania (BoA) decided to cut the country's interest rate by a quarter percentage point, bringing it to 2 percent, local media reported on Wednesday.

The Supervisory Council of the BoA made the decision after analyzing recent economic developments in the country's monetary policies and discussions on the impact of those economic trends. Endite
