Australian mortgages fall by 0.7 pct in November 2014

Fewer Australians are signing up to a mortgage, as demand for home loans dropped in November 2014, official data showed on Monday.

According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, the number of home loans granted in November fell by 0.7 percent to 52.08 billion Australian dollars (42.94 billion U.S. dollars).
