Vietnam's Ministry of Health on Thursday said that three more cases have been confirmed to be infected with the A/H1N1 flu, bringing total flu patients in Vietnam to 23, the online newspaper Vietnam net reported.
The three newly-detected flu cases, coming to Vietnam from the United States on the flight coded UA 869, were tested positive for the virus and are being isolated for treatment at the HCM City Hospital of Tropical Diseases, said the ministry.
Amid the complicated developments of the flu, the ministry warned that those who had direct contacts with infected patients should keep monitoring their health conditions and report to local hospitals as soon as possible in case of any abnormal signs.
