1. The photo exhibition is open to ALL photographers, whether amateur or professional.

2. Submitted photos should have been taken no earlier than 1978, and may be color or black and white.

3. A written description and explanation of each photo should be included with each individual submission.

4. Photographers should possess all copyrights to their submitted photos and accept total responsibility for any dispute which may subsequently arise concerning intellectual property and portraiture rights.

5. Photos which have been altered or generated by computer will not be accepted.

6. Photos should showcase work, and the benefits thereof, related to poverty relief. Works not meeting this requirement or which are deemed to contain images depicting scenes of violence, death and/or pornography will not be accepted.

7. Submission

Files should be in either JPG or JPEG format and should not exceed 5M, 600-1000 pixels in length. Photos which satisfy the exhibition’s rules and regulations will be posted on the website’s gallery page.

All submissions should be original - duplicate submissions will not be accepted.

8. Works submission is free of charge. Please note that works uploaded will not be returned.

9. The organizer reserves the right to use selected photos on websites, in albums, and exhibitions in related promotions. In the event of such usage, no remuneration will be offered.

10. By participating the photo exhibition, all photographers are deemed to have read, understood and agree to comply with all rules and regulations.
