Professor Liu Yipeng, from Henley Business School of the University of Reading, indicated that innovative international talent management has become a crucial topic in academia, politics and business. However research into innovative international talent management oftenlacks a theoretical basis, particularly in terms of a global vision and an interdisciplinary comparative analytic perspective. He shared his opinion on how innovative companies become internationalized, and how to develop and manage innovative international talent.

With around 150 participants, the Forum brought together experts and academics from home and abroad. It is expected to further promote cooperation and communication in teaching and research on international business among universities, relevant academic research institutions, and enterprises.
