U.S. dollar rallies on rate hike concerns

NEW YORK, Jan. 9 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar rose against most other major currencies on Tuesday as investors digested remarks from several Federal Reserve officials.

In late New York trading, the euro fell to 1.1932 dollars from 1.1965 dollars in the previous session, while the dollar bought 112.61 Japanese yen, lower than 113.08 yen of the previous session. Enditem
