NEW YORK, Dec. 27 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale jolted 61km NNE of Kerman, Iran at 18:01:15 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 30.8249 degrees north latitude and 57.2268 degrees east longitude. Enditem
