DOHA, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) -- Qatar Airways has partnered with four tour operators from Russia, Italy, the Czech Republic and Ukraine to promote Qatar as an elite destination, Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported Tuesday.

There would be multiple flights available weekly from these four countries to Qatar, Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Akbar al Baker said, adding that "we are thrilled to sign agreements with these four major tour operators."

"The Qatari people openly welcome citizens of these countries to come and learn the peacefulness of the Arabian hospitality," he said.

In August, Qatar opened its borders with visa free entry to more than 80 countries worldwide. Enditem
