Scenery of renovated Daijiahu lake park in China's Hubei

The Daijiahu lake park is seen in Qingshan District of Wuhan, central China's Hubei Province, June 16, 2017. In the 1950s, the lake was filled by the fly ash from a nearby power plant. Then it was used as a landfill site in the 1990s. Since 2015, the renovated Daijiahu lake and its surrounding space, which covers an area of about 500,000 squre meters, was opened to the public as a park. (Xinhua/Wang Jianhua)
