German stocks lose 0.36 pct Thursday

German shares lost on Thursday, with the benchmark DAX index down 46.40 points, or 0.36 percent, to close at 12,711,06 points.

European mass media company ProSiebenSat.1 lost the most among the blue chips, down by 5.21 percent, followed by Deutsche Post and building materials company HeidelbergCement, which lost 3.30 percent and 2.55 percent respectively.

Vonovia, Fresenius Medical and Commerzbank were the top three winners, rising 1.85 percent, 0.37 percent and 0.32 percent respectively.

German automotive manufacturer was the most traded share of the day with a turnover of 246.28 million euros (267.46 million U.S. dollars). Endit
