Chinese police detain four Myanmar drug traffickers

Police with Baoshan City in southwest China's Yunnan Province recently seized 70.59 kg of heroin from four Myanmar suspects, including two pregnant women.

The policemen were informed on April 27 that a gang of Myanmar drug smugglers would transport a shipment of drugs to Sichuan Province. Around 3 a.m. on May 3, the suspects were caught in Yunxian County in Yunnan and two bags of heroin were found on the two motorcycles driven by the suspects.

The four suspects have been detained and the case is under further investigation. Endi
