French shares drop 0.06 pct

French benchmark Paris CAC 40 index went down by 0.06 percent, or 3.15 points, to close at 5,301.00 points on Wednesday.

Of the 40 selected large companies, 25 decreased in the day.

Accor tumbled 2.58 percent, the top loser of the blue chips. Peugeot dropped by 1.84 percent. Lafargeholcim lost 1.66 percent.

Societe Generale rose by 1.78 percent, the top gainer of the day. LVMH Moet Vuitton went up by 1.23 percent. Credit Agricole was up 1.12 percent. Endit
