Urgent: "Yes" votes win in Turkish referendum after 98 pct count of vote

Turkey voted to support constitutional change with Yes votes leading on 51. 3pct in the referendum after 98 pct count of vote, the state-run Anadolu Agency reported on Sunday.

Turkish President President Recep Tayyip Erdogan congratulated heads of ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP), Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) and BBP on the victory.

The main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) demanded recount of up to 60 pct of votes. Endit
