Netherlands leads BiH in Davis Cup

Robin Haase and Jean-Julien Rojer helped Netherlands to lead over Bosnia and Herzegovina in the first group of Euro-African zone at the Davis Cup at City Arena on Saturday.

Netherlands took the 2-1 lead with Robin Haase and Jean-Julien Rojer beating Mirza Basic and Tomislav Brkic 6-3, 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 in rubber 3. Haase also nailed the opening victory for the Nethernlands when he beat Basic 6-4, 6-2, 5-7, 6-3 in the first singles.

"We started well then BiH tennis players started serving better. We knew that they are dangerous team, but we tried to come back in the third set and I am happy with today's game. We will give our best tomorrow," said Rojer. Endit
