Xinhua, March 4, 2017 Adjust font size:

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will travel to Kenya for a two-day visit, during which he will meet with senior leadership of the Kenyan government to discuss a range of regional issues, a UN spokesman told reporters here Friday.

"The secretary-general will also participate in a number of events in the Kenyan capital to mark International Women's Day," UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said at a daily news briefing here.

Prior to returning to New York, he will visit the UN Headquarters in Gigiri in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, he said.

"We expect the Secretary-General to be back in New York on Thursday," Dujarric said. Endit
