-- Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn on Monday received a message from President Ismail Omar Guelleh of Djibouti.
Djibouti's Finance and Economy Minister Ilyas Moussa Dawaleh handed over the message. Prime Minister Hailemariam said on the occasion that Ethiopia is ready to work more closely with Djibouti on bilateral and regional issues. (Ethiopian News Agency/ENA)
-- Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC) said it is finalizing a draft Industrial Parks Regulation that will mainly enable businesspersons to get one-stop services in the various parks across the country.

-- The Ethiopian Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Electricity announced 91 percent completion of Genale Dawa III hydropower project.

--H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, received on Monday Ambassador Berhane Gebre-Christos, Special Adviser to the Prime Minister of Ethiopia.
Ambassador Berhane was in the UAE to attend International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) 2017, which kicked off on Sunday at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
