World beat U.S. 150-141, Murray MVP

Jamal Murray scored 36 points as the World squad beat the U.S. 150-141 on Friday night in the 2017 All Star Rising Stars Challenge.
"I wouldn't say out of my mind, but I was feeling it. I was just playing within the game, and I wasn't trying to force it. I was trying to find my teammates and make sure everybody have fun. So I had a lot of fun. I'm sure we got the "W." It was good for everybody. So I was just playing." Murray said after the game.
Murray, a Canadian and Denver Nuggets rookie, went 9 of 14 on 3-pointers and was voted the game's MVP. Buddy Hield added 28 points for the World team. Latvian Kristaps Porzingis of the New York Knicks added 24 points.
"It was a lot of fun. It means a lot to play in New Orleans. I know the city out here, everybody is embracing it, embracing the vibe, the atmosphere, and just try to go out there and give the fans something good to watch." Hield, a New Orleans Pelicans rookie, said.
Frank Kaminsky of the Charlotte Hornets scored 27 for the U.S. team and Karl-Anthony Towns finished with 22 points. Enditem
